Intelligentsia’s limited offering of this Oolong from Nantou, Taiwan really hits the spot. By spot I mean the spot in you that makes all worries go away.
This tea relaxed me in seconds of sipping it. Subtle notes of honey, almonds and aroma of lilacs were noticed, not taste, also a mellowed aftertaste that is usually quite strong in Oolongs. First words after first sip was “smoooooooth”
I strongly suggest to get this tea if you can.
Recommended brew temp and time is 175 degrees at 2-3 mins. I prefer 3.5-4 mins though. Go get it now!
